Relative Influence — Return & Refund Policy

At Relative Influence, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at our customer support email.

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos or videos showing the defect.

Once we review your request, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrectly shipped items.

2. Incorrect Size Ordered

Please carefully review our size chart before placing your order.

If you order the wrong size, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags and packaging are intact.
Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs associated with an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your item does not fit as expected but the correct size was shipped, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange outside the conditions listed above.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged through use, or altered are not eligible for return unless the issue qualifies as a product defect.

4. Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the order issue warrants reimbursement.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us at relative.influence@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping any item back to us.

6. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, those rights will take precedence over this policy.
